Our Mission is to scout aspiring entrepreneurs with bright life changing business ideas or any idea that will help fight unemployment among the young African population and to undergo business skills training with EAIED in order to have the realistic understanding of what a business is and how to become a lion to fight and succeed no matter what the business war throws at them.

Our Training Programme
- Theoretical training for 6 months
- 4 Months Intensive practical sales 101 training done daily ( actual real products sales, administered by The Sales Company)
- Monitored daily to determined how fast Individual learns and get ready for business war.
- The Sales Company to brief entrepreneurs more in details about the Sales 101 practical training , terms and conditions
- Fast Learners who are impressive starts their own businesses in two or three months of training.
- Daily theoretical work , Monday to Sunday
- Mind Mapping Thinking; practical work every Weekend
- No excuses
- Laziness Will not be tolerated
- Bad character & undisciplined entrepreneurs; entrepreneurs that refused to change , if found will be fired from the programme.
